Concordando inteiramente com a opinião expressa por V.Exa., de que, no caso dessa resolução da Santa Sé reduzir os limites da diocese de Macau, não haveria alteração dos confins da diocese de Macau. Segundo informação telegráfica recebida do Governador de Macau, a área daquela diocese não foi alterada. Saúde e Fraternidade.

I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your letter No. 44, dated 5 January, concerning the establishment of a new apostolic vicariate encompassing parts of the central regions of Canton.
