that he be appointed as successor to the current Bishop
of Nankim. I inform Your Grace of this and instruct you to arrange for the processing of his canonical qualifications in preparation for the issuance of his papal bull of confirmation. By virtue of this Royal Warrant concerning the affairs of the Kingdom, Her Most Serene Highness the Queen has ordered the issue of his Royal Letter of Appointment, drawn up in accordance with established form.
