In the register of this alvará, a transcript thereof was issued via another writ, so that three copies might be sent; and in confirmation of the said additional writ, this note is placed here as evidence thereof, in Lisbon, on the eleventh day of October in the year one thousand six hundred and seven. Gaspar
Maldonado.

It is further stated that the said register of alvará and the above clause were transcribed from the said book, and duly collated therewith. Given in the City of Lisbon, by order of His Majesty our Lord, through Doctor Manuel Jacome Bravo, Judge of the Casa da Suplicação; Alderman of this city, and Chief Keeper of the Tower of Tombo. João Ferreira drew this up on the twelfth day of December in the year one thousand six hundred and thirty-four. Which document was verified against the original at folio 91 and properly aligned.
