te Concelho, em que diz, que elle está provido de dita viagem
da China, na vagaante de 24. de Janeiro de 598, com o
conha do crestado do Alvara, que offerece, passado em
nome del Rey de Castella. E porque deixou de orefor-
mar por andar ocupado no serviço de Vmg. nas fron-
teiras de Alentejo, e na India. Pede almg. The fa-
ça merce mandar-lhos reformar.
Com a petição referida apresentou o crestado do
dito Alvará passado em 17. de Setr. de 637, porque
consta ser provido da dita viagem da China na vaga-
de 24. de Janeiro de 598, emque atinha seu Thio Do
Diogo Sobo.
Ao Concelho Parece, que por Antonio de Sousa de
Meneses andar ocupado muito tempo no serviço de
Vmg. nas fronteiras, e na India, e não ter noticia
das ordenis de Vmg., e ser benemerito, the deve Vmg.,
sendo servido, mandar reformar odito Alvará, sem
embargo da ordem encontraria, Lisboa a 11. de
Maio de 665.

Nunca se consultado geralmente, a reformação da alvará de sua Viagem da China Navegante de 24 de Janeiro de 1668, que D. Rey de Fátima havia feito mover a António de Sousa de Meneses, por serviços de seu filho Dom Diego de Sousa, que morreu em 1703. Resolvido que se não as margens da consulta incluída. Dos demais petições em que se allega que os Minas dos Criminosos feitas por merecimento de seu qual foi o que requereu, mas podem aviziar deter seu intento. Cumprimento e de prazos com Mayor razão atingido dos pais celebradas com D. Rey Fátima, emais sendo ele António de Sousa benemerente detido o favor. Pede a V.M. que tendo atendido considerada a mesma matéria Man dar fazer edito alvara para haver efeito anteriores referidos do Conselho que quereste aquele novo acervo cheio V.M. fazam-se determinar reformar a António de Sousa de Meneses e Alvará que pede D. It is hereby declared that António de Sousa de Meneses shall be granted the command of the said voyage to China, as captain of the fleet appointed prior to the junta on the fourth day of January in the year one thousand six hundred and sixty-five.
