in this city of Macau, there was received here into Revenue [R.ta] by the Lord Governor of the Armada, André Dias, the sum of two hundred and sixty pardaos in reals, which he received from Captain General Miguel de Sousa Pimentel; the said Captain General having undertaken these funds on risk (*a responder*) at twenty-five per cent interest, for the voyage to Malacca, where he committed himself to make the said payment on his own account and responsibility.
