Acting Magistrate of the Guangzhou Prefectural Maritime Defence Military Administration, concurrently serving as a supernumerary county vice-magistrate (*xiancheng*), with one additional rank conferred and meritorious service officially recorded.
To the foreign heads (*Yi mu*) at Macau—Luo Duo and others—this notice is hereby issued:
The undersigned Acting Magistrate personally visited Macau on the sixth day of the current month to inspect local conditions and administrative affairs. In accordance with established procedure, this official notification is now issued to inform you accordingly. You are hereby instructed to present yourselves promptly for audience and official consultation. All matters requiring attention or action shall be duly attended to without delay. Failure to comply is strictly prohibited. This is an official directive.
